Brugge Chocolates brings the art of European chocolate-making to Redmond. Since 2010, this local chocolatier has crafted elegant artisan truffles, silky salted caramels, fruit-forward pâte de fruit, and other gourmet confections using premium Belgian and French chocolate and high-quality ingredients. Each piece is made in small batches on-site, with flavors ranging from classic dark chocolate and black raspberry to inventive combinations such as raspberry balsamic, fig & brie, and cardamom pistachio.
